This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. Napili beach was just a three-minute walk from the house and great for sitting on the sand, snorkeling, and low-wave splashing for the kids. And we all walked down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset. Several other great beaches were just a short drive away when we wanted bigger waves for boogie boarding and other snorkeling spots. The property managers were great. They checked in via text to get our arrival time and someone met us at the house to welcome us and give us a tour of the home's amenities. Then they sent a couple texts during our stay to check-in and make sure our vacation was going smoothly. I would give this property 5 stars in every category (5+ for the location) and will definitely consider staying here again if we plan another Maui vacation.

Location was perfect. House was beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Only downside was a noisy pool pump that came on at 5:00am and didn't shut off until 7:00pm. For the person sleeping in the bedroom on the east side of house the pool pump coming on acted as an alarm clock at 5am.

This place is absolutely amazing. Once you open the gate, you get to see your own private oasis. A large enough pool to splash and swim in. The landscape is immaculate and well kept. Continue pass the pool and you will get to enter the house through very large sliding glass doors. The living room and kitchen is very open and airy. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and cookware so that you can enjoy home cooked meals. There is even a grill that we used to fire up some steaks. The place is very clean and super modern with tons of natural wood elements. The bedrooms were also very well kept and well furnished. Plenty of space to place your belongings in and be at home. The beds were very comfortable. Had the best sleep there while on vacation. Bathrooms were well lit. I wish there was a better mat to keep the floor dry. Also wish for more hooks to hang up towels to dry and for clothes to dry as well. The place is close to the beach. I didn't count the steps to verify, but loved the fact that I didn't have to fight for parking to get to a beach. Really awesome feeling to just walk down to the beach with the supplied beach chairs, enjoy snorkeling in the Napili Bay, come back to the house rinse off without a lot of fuss. Overall, the family really enjoyed the house and the pool. It was a big enough place for 7 adults and 2 kids to stretch out and just relax. Thank you for letting us stay there!

This was an amazing home to rent. First of all we arrived in Hawaii at 10:30pm and did not get to the property until after midnight. Because of out late arrival we were sent videos to walk us through the house. They showed us everything we needed to know about the house. The house was very clean and comfortable to sleep. There was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The pool right outside was great. The kids were in there every night even at spending all day at the beach. The beach was a very short walk from the house. There is a grocery store just up the road which was very convenient. Everything about this rental made our first ever family vacation even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This property was perfect for our weeks stay on the valley isle of Maui. The bed rooms were perfect size for our family of 8 (3 children and 5 adults) and the pool was absolutely wonderful. Kitchen is well stocked with all the dinnerware, appliances, and plenty of cupboard space for preparing food. The house is well positioned within walking distance of the beaches and hiking trails. Lastly the property managers were fantastic, being there when we arrived and providing a walk through of the house explaining all the ins and outs of how things worked. Nice property, in an excellent location. Pool is small, but perfect for families with children. Napili Bay is crowded for swimming, and the waves can be a bit rough for young kids, but still very lovely. Nearby Honokeana Cove is rocky but great for snorkeling, with lots of turtles. Nearby Napili plaza has a nice market and some excellent restaurants.

While the interior living area is small the outdoor space is fantastic! The only issue we had was we did not get entry information until we reached out the day of arrival which was a little stressful. Also the smoke alarm went off in our kids room in the middle of the night for no reason. Other than that it was a great vacation!

We planned this trip for my dads 60th birthday. This home had everything and more than what we needed. We all enjoyed the pool, short walk to the beach, and of course just the house overall. The full washer and dryer was definitively a bonus and convenient. I would say the only downside is the occasional cockroaches that would come out in the kitchen. Other than that, that would not stop us from reserving this house again and I highly recommend this house to family of 8-12 ppl.

Cannot say enough good things about this rental home. Perfect location, wonderful home, excellent service. Management team is friendly and welcoming. The home itself is clean, perfect in size and well maintained. The home has 4 bedrooms and plenty of space for clothes. I saw comments about this but we had no issues. 3 rooms have closet space which was plenty for our 9 day trip. The kitchen and outdoor eating area was perfect, along with the grill. Three rooms have televisions but we rarely turned them on since we were enjoying all Maui has to offer instead of watching TV! We loved having the pool. It was a perfect size for our group of 6. The location is literally a minute to the beach which is just a walk down the street. It is perfect for snorkeling, paddle/boogie boards, or just enjoying an ocean walk. There is a restaurant across the street that has a nice happy hour menu. Two other restaurants right at the beach. I would book this house again in a heartbeat….and likely will!

I just stayed here with some family and friends and had an amazing time. The living room/kitchen area was smaller than expected but the close walk to the beach (literally 50 steps/2min) was worth it! We had some air conditioning issues but the communication with the manager was awesome and they were very quick to fix the problem. This house was amazing! It was absolutely perfectly appointed and met our every need. We had a group of 13 with 7 adults and 5 kids. The space was incredible. Every detail was covered from kitchen utensils to cleaning supplies. We read other reviews before reserving this house. Don’t believe the negative or critical comments! The beach is literally a 2 minute walk with amazing sunsets each night. The rooms have plenty of storage for your things, as do the bathrooms. We will recommend this house to our friends and family, and would rent it again if we travel to Maui.

The location was excellent. The house needs some TLC. The heater on the pool was not working when we arrived. The charge to heat the pool is ridiculous. You would think, your rate includes the pool. We really wanted to use pool and they did get it fixed but on Wednesday we arrived on Sunday. All in all it was comfortable and quiet. We had a good time.

We had a wonderful stay. The furnishings are good quality, beds are comfy. Kitchen had everything we needes. We paid extra for the heated pool and it was money well spent. It’s true (from other reviews) that two rooms need dressers or suitcase racks. It was tough keeping suitcases on the floor. I disagree with other reviewers who thought the AC wasn’t working. They likely didn’t realize that if you leave the patio door or windows open, that the AC shuts off. The beach is about a 2 minute walk. Great restaurant across the street. Almost no downsides to this place.

Our Family loved this home. The beautifully appointed 4 bedroom new construction home is located close to the Beach, Shops and between Kapalua and Lahaina. 2 Master suites with ensuites, 1 Queen bedroom and 1 Twin/BunkBed room gave us lots of space. The home was comfortable and had every amenity we needed for our stay. The Pool was great, heated and just the right size for our young family. Napili Bay Beach was a short 2min walk down the road, it's one of the best beaches on that side of Maui where you can snorkel with large Turtles in the bay. The Beach has 2 restaurants located on both sides of the Beach; (The Gazebo - great breakfast spot, SeaHouse - great patio for Lunch/Dinner). For Golfers this location is perfect with Kapalua Pineapple Hill & Plantation courses within a 5min drive. We dined all over the Island from Lahaina 15min drive, Kaanapali 10min drive and Kapalua 5min drive to some of the best restaurants in the area. Our Host was amazing to deal with, accommodating and made sure our stay was enjoyable.

This house was perfectly situated near Napili Beach just down the street, some excellent restaurants around corner, a short walking/driving distance from Napili Market, and close to our friends who live in the town of Napili. The number of bedrooms and house layout suited our family of 7 perfectly (we were joined by our 2 grown children and a partner in addition to our 12 and 14 year old) and we all enjoyed our time on the lanai next to the beautiful pool immensely. We did lots of cooking in the kitchen and on the outdoor grill, which the hosts made sure had a full tank of propane upon our arrival. Though it is an added charge to heat the pool, it was 100% worth it for us- particularly during the occasional rainy/windy beach day- which is guaranteed to happen during a Winter visit to Maui. I definitely recommend including this in your vacation budgeting. However, most days of our 10 day visit were sunny and warm! The pool was clean and well maintained throughout our visit. The kids and I were able to do our remote schooling while the rest of the family explored Maui each morning, then we regrouped for beach/snorkeling time every afternoon. Honolua Bay and Ka'anapali are nearby and some of our favorite spots, and a highlight of this trip was our whale watching cocktail cruise, followed later by a dramatic full moon (which we admired again the next night as we walked home along the beach from the excellent Sea House Restaurant, and later from the lanai and pool). Absolutely gorgeous Maui magic. Though we like to experience different locations when we travel to the Hawaiian islands, this is definitely a house we would consider coming back to!

Disappointed to learn of an extra charge to maintain the pool temp at a still chilly temp. Also the management of the inside temp was unusual. The more technical of my guests wondered if Itrip had control via the internet. I set the temp for 70 one evening. The next morning the setting had been changed to 76. Still I would recommend and would rent again without hesitation.

Home had some small ants in one shower but owner provided some traps and called the exterminator. We recommend this property. We had 8 adults and one baby for the wonderful week. Oh, and the whales could be seen from the beach!!

Eight of us enjoyed our 5 night stay as our 2 adult families came together for our kids’ wedding in Kapalua. We loved the shaded outdoor area by the pool, the well-supplied kitchen, the proximity to the beach, the well-equipped beach gear box, and the comfortable sleeping. We would have given this 5 stars except for the lack of hooks or anywhere to unpack and hang clothes in 3 of the 4 bedrooms or outside.

This home and property were exactly as pictured on the site and still exceeded our expectations. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The house is a single story, and two of the bathrooms have walk-in showers. The yard and pool are private, and the neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. We loved dining on the patio with the double sliding-glass doors open to the living room. Management was friendly and responded quickly and helpfully to our questions; check in and out were easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay.

The house is beautiful and is stocked really well with everything you will need for your stay. My only complaint about the furnishings is that there were no dressers in any of the bedrooms except the main master bedroom. We lived out of our suitcases for the 9 days we were there. The pool and the lanai was awesome. It was so nice having the sliding door in the living room open up to the outside. The beach is beautiful and the snorkeling was amazing! But it is definitely further than 40 steps. You are not right on the beach as you might think per the title of the VRBO listing. Overall the place was beautiful, the beach was amazing and we would definitely stay again.

Property is well maintained. The beach is about a 8-10 minute walk because most days you have to walk down the beach a bit to get a spot. This is also more of a bay than a beach with waves so if surfing is your thing then this is not the spot.

My family and I visited Maui for my 30th Birthday/Baby Moon! I booked this place to ensure we all had our own rooms and we were also close to the beach, it was PERFECT! The house is just as pictured but even better. The patio doors open all the way to the deck/pool area, perfect for dinners/everyone hanging out. The house was very clean which I always appreciate. Once we arrived, the host came to greet us and show us a few things about the house, they even filled up the propane tanks on the brand new grill since they heard we were doing a BBQ. Great place to stay with a group.
