Jewel of Napili

We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. The backyard and pool were a fantastic addition to the beach time. It was perfect for the little ones to enjoy, as wells as the adults. The lanai provided a perfect place to enjoy breakfast and dinners. Napili is a great location. We were within walking distance of the beach and a short drive to the Kapalua Coastal Trail leading to more beaches and great snorkling. We also had two wonderful breakfast spots withing walking distance of the house. Exceeded all expectations!

We decided to leave a review after our 4th annual stay at this beautiful home. We are constantly blown away by the quality, the rare location right off Napili Bay and the 5 star management. This home can host large groups of every age also! What a treat to return each year and see the property get better and better. If you want the trip of your dreams, be sure to look here first. Our 26 person family stayed here again this February. This really is a great place. Happy with everything. We like to cook and the kitchen accommodated our large group. One aspect that deserves a positive mention is the beds. Our family has wondered what kind of wonderful beds this property has, as they want to get the same bed for their homes. That’s the attention to detail and quality you will get at this property. Thanks for hosting us!

Our family of 14 adults recently stayed at this beautiful property. The home was very spacious and met all of our expectations. This home is located within a gated property and only steps from Napili Beach. We were graciously greeted by the property manager and were extremely responsive when we had questions. Would have no problem renting again.

I loved the location of the property. Very close to great beaches and restaurants. We were a large family of 19 and the home never felt crowded. Would highly recommend.

Twelve of us gathered for a 6-night stay at this phenomenal property, and all were absolutely blown away by how absolutely perfect it was for all of us (with ages ranging from 2 years old to 91 years old!). The house is gorgeous, spacious, beautifully appointed and wonderfully well equipped; the yard and pool area are fabulous as well! There are four washers and dryers and two refrigerators, so no need to dine out at all -- every possible thing we needed to cook and serve our meals was right there, at our fingertips. The driveway area was also extremely spacious -- plenty of room to park 3 large rental vehicles, and we loved the security and privacy provided by an entirely gated property as well. Whenever any questions or issues arose (a dryer with an error message, for example), the property managers were immediately responsive, helpful, and accommodating. In terms of location, one simply could not find a better one: it is literally steps from a stunning and highly-accessible beach, literally across the street from the beautiful Kapalua Golf Course, and a 5-minute drive from the super-convenient Napili Plaza, including the really well-stocked Napili Market. Our family literally cannot wait to get back to this truly amazing rental home; the memories made there are a true "gift" -- they will last a lifetime!

I knew this home was close to one of the best beaches on Maui but I didn’t realize how AMAZING Napili Bay really is. We are familiar with almost all the beaches on Maui and Napili Bay is our favorite. This home is seconds walking from the sand at Napili Bay. The home fees brand new, it’s private, gated and has staff close by if you need. This is a vacation my family will never forget. 5 star stay!

Had a great holiday. Brilliant house for a large family group. Close to a super swimming and snorkeling beach. Lots of restaurants and takeaway places nearby.

Easy, clean, and accommodating in every aspect.

Our stay felt more like a private residence at the Four Seasons Hotel. If you want to make life long memories with your family, this is the place to stay. We went to Napili Beach everyday which is about 30 seconds away walking. The pool has a tanning shelf and slide which the grand kids couldn't get enough of. Thank you so much, memories for life!

This home is immaculate in just about every way. Just steps to Napili Bay beach, it's one of the best locations on the island. We had a large multi generation family with room to spare! We are planning our return stay already. Clean, professionally managed, beautiful design and location that can't be beat!

the property is beautiful, close to the ocean, but no ocean views from house itself. Works very well for a large group. Would be nice if they had chests of drawers in the bedrooms so that you could unpack as opposed to just hangers in closets. Umbrellas on top deck are no longer there so hard to enjoy the space during the day. Maybe some kind of shade cloth in. the future ? I guess winds blow down umbrellas. Would stay here again

Our family of 19 had an amazing stay! There was plenty of room for each individual family of 5. All the cousins bunked up in the kids room that sleeps up to 10 (each had their own bed). Pack n plays provided with high chairs. Extra pullout that sleeps an additional 2 people in the hallway. 3 washers/dryers!!! No one was fighting to get their clothes washed! Lots of beach towels provided! Pull floaty for infants provided. Lots of pool modules and a few beach toys. The kitchen was very large and we had many wonderful meals shared outside on the porch or the dining area. 2 dishwashers were great to have! Lots of dishes provided (both plastic and glass). The hosts were wonderful in keeping in touch and checking in to make sure our stay was the best! The house is a very short 100-200 yards to the beach! One of the best family friendly beaches with great snorkeling, saw sea turtles every time we went out! Outdoor showers were nice after the beach to rinse off. The pool kept all the kids and adults relaxed! The water wasn’t too cold, but they do offer pool heating if you’d like. Overall, the best stay and didn’t have to worry about anything while we were there! Recommend to any large family for a reunion or get together for friends!!

Great location. A family vacation - We had 12 adults and 6 kids ages 4 - 9. They were in the pool every day, usually multiple times. We mostly cooked in and the kitchen worked well as it is large with a huge island. Memories made.

This house was amazing in every way! It was perfect for our family of 23 (including 12 children).

Our family of 17 which included two sets of grandparents and 7 cousins ranging from 1-12 years of age had an absolute blast at the home. Our communication with the host and management at different points of booking and during our stay was smooth and very pleasant. There were plenty of coordinated towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, cookware, and beach accessories for guest use. The location was to the beach, shop and attractions were wonderful too. We will definitely consider this property again. As vacation rental owners ourselves in a resort area, we were glad to find a property that meet the high quality amenities (many were familiar!) that we would offer ourselves. The baby/toddler items were exactly what we needed too. Mahalo!

Our house, The Jewel of Napili, was incredible. It housed all 18 of us comfortably & conveniently, & with room to spare & EVERY detail was 1st class (furniture, beddings, kitchen & appliances, beach accessories, pool, swing set, & more). It’s proximity to the beach & local restaurants, Kapalua, Kahana, Kanapali & Lahaina was very convenient for excursions & shopping. Also, our Property Managers, Myra & Mike, couldn’t have been more helpful, supportive & kind to our Family & in responding to any questions we had in getting settled.

We were greeted and given a complete walk through upon our arrival. The house is spacious, well appointed and beautiful. I loved that we could control the temperature for the different sections of the home. The pool is outstanding. The entire place was clean and neat and well taken care of. The roof top deck is great for evening sunsets. We had a family reunion there and really enjoyed being in one house that fit us all. The home can sleep 28, but I would keep it at about 20 for comfort. One room sleeps 10 with several bunk beds which works great for a 'kids' room with the adults having a bedroom and bath to themselves! Thank you for providing what you advertised!

Family reunion in Maui which met and exceeded all of our expectations. Felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Very spacious, clean and professionally managed. We’ll be Recommending to friends going to Maui next year.

This house is beyond fabulous. We had a large group for a 40th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone to be together or have some alone time. Loved the laundry room!! 3 sets of machines and the extra beverage fridge was super nice to have. Great location - super easy access to the beach.

We recently stayed at this home for the 10 days before Christmas and loved our time there! The home is brand new and spectacular. Everything about the home from the quality of the home, to the landscaping, the pool, appliances, etc., etc. were all top-of-the-line! Very spacious/roomy so that we didn't feel crammed (9 in our group - 8 adults plus 1 toddler). The main floor living area was huge and perfect for our group with the ability to also 'open' the back wall (glass doors) to combine with the patio so that the backyard becomes part of the living area.

The bedrooms were also very roomy and very well appointed. The furnishings and décor were all beautiful and very nice. We have rented several homes on various Hawaiian Islands over the years and this home is at the top of our ranking, based on the quality of the home, location, amenities, etc.

Napili Bay (spectacular) beach is about 100 yrds (if that) from the home, just at the end of the street, where each morning, we saw large sea turtles swimming in the tide pools. There are fabulous places to eat right there on the beach (The Gazebo for breakfast/brunch and The Sea House for dinner) - the location really is unbeatable.

We highly recommend this home.

What an incredible experience. We have been coming to Maui for over 20 years and started renting homes instead of hotels about 8 years ago. This is the nicest home we’ve stayed in AND best location on the island. Between the beach right next door and the huge home, you really won’t want to leave. We’ll see you next year! Thanks to the great staff for a trip of a lifetime - this home truly is a work of art.
