There will be construction noise during the day on weekdays. No work will be performed on weekends or holidays. Nightly rate has been adjusted to account for the noise. **

The Wailea Elua Village is a highly desirable premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea featuring 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views from in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua Village sits on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's Andaz Hotel, Marriott Hotel, The Shops at Wailea, and Ol' Blue Golf Course. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Town Center, Wailea Village Center, and Wailea Gateway Center are within walking distance.

Ideal for families, couples and friendly get-togethers, the beautifully appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums offer spectacular ocean or garden views and luxury amenities. Each condo has a private lanai, is tastefully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a washer/dryer, cable TV and air conditioning.

Wailea Elua Village features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, and paddle tennis/pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. Located on the mile-and-a-half beach walk which gently meanders along the Wailea Resort beach and oceanfront, Wailea Elua Village offers the security of a gated access and the convenience of Wailea's many shopping, dining and entertainment choices. Wailea Elua Village is a gated resort community with 24-hour security.

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and a cooler are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops.

    Elue 907 was the most FABULOUS place for our family to vacation! It
    was full of everything we could need to enjoy the beach and pool as a
    family with 2 small children and our parents as well! They were so
    accommodating for a late checkout. The washer and dryer was perfect
    for our family and we loved having the kitchen to make most of our
    meals. The location could not have been more perfect to the pool,
    beach and shops/restaurants.

    units in the resort, but this is definitely the best one we stayed at.

    Great location, easy beach access. Condo was clean and well
    maintained. Kitchen and all associated appliances and utensils were in
    great condition. Bedrooms clean and comfortable. Beach chairs and
    umbrella and other gear available for beach use. We have family on the
    island so get there every couple of years. They know the best spots
    and highly recommended this area when we 1st came to stay. We won't
    rent anywhere else.

    Excellent location 907. Condo is always clean and ready for checkin.
    Property Management company is always quick to respond to any concerns
    or questions. We would like to suggest that the area carpet in the
    livingroom be replaced. Carpet has many stains.

    view of the ocean from the lanai. Easy access to the walkway along the
    beach and to the ocean. Very well maintained, kitchen is fully
    stocked. Condo has many high caliber upgrades - beautiful bathrooms,
    electric controlled shades in the living room, and kitchen with high
    quality appliances. Within walking distance to the Wailea shopping
    center. Highly recommend this unit.

    We've worked with Sunny and Bob from Destination Residences several
    times now and we absolutely love them. In total, the available
    properties are great and specific to this trip the unit we rented at
    Wailea Elua was the nicest accommodation we've ever vacationed in.
    Absolutely spectacular and such a treat for our family. There are
    plenty of nice properties on Maui but it's the little things that put
    Destination Residences over the top. For example: check in is so easy,
    the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans but also
    has things like salt, pepper, aluminum foil and others. I can't say
    enough about how great they set everything up. Beach chairs, umbrella
    and snorkel stuff too. Excited to go back and rent from them again
    soon!

    907 Is in superb location. It is a few hundred steps from the beach
    and a few hundred steps from there for overlooking the beach. For us
    it was excellent because my daughter’s wedding is at the two hotels
    on either side – the Andaz & the Marriott. The grounds are lush and
    well-kept and beautiful. The unit has everything you might need. Lots
    of beach towels & toys & chairs & umbrellas & brand new white fluffy
    bath towels, kitchen utensils & small appliances, barbecue utensils,
    pans, bowls, dish towels, condiments. Large starter kits of detergents
    etc were plentiful. VRBO staff helpful

    This condo is a GREAT find... we couldn't ask for more! It has been
    updated with beautiful furniture & appliances, the beds are
    comfortable, the kitchen is very well appointed, and the location
    can't be beat. It is located steps from BOTH the beach and the pool
    pavilion, but far enough away so you don't have any noise whatsoever.
    The gardens surrounding the Wailea Elua complex are lush with gorgeous
    tropical plantings everywhere. This condo provides the perfect setting
    for a Hawaiian getaway!

    We had an amazing time at our walia eula condo. The property was
    amazingly manicure, with beautiful plants. It is so close to an
    amazing beach with great morning snorkeling. The unit was in great
    shape with lots of space, smart tv’s to wind down your day and
    awesome decor that keep the hawaii vibe going even when indoors. We
    loved drinking our morning coffee on the patio looking at the ocean
    and listening to the birds and waves. Will definitely be back many
    more times.

    The rental is remarkably well equipped as to kitchen and
    bedroom/bathroom. Wonderfully maintained. Multiple towels for bathroom
    and towels to use at beach. Washer and dryer a real plus as well.
    Excellent porch with chairs/table. Easy walk to beach. Didn't use pool
    but looked nice and easy to get to. Only 3 minute drive to a grocery
    store and high end shops. Can walk to luau at Wailea Grand Hotel in 10
    minutes.
