Located in the heart of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua Village is on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to The Andaz Hotel, Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course, The Shops at Wailea, and the Wailea Marriott. Wailea Elua features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, and a paddle tennis/pickleball court.     Unit 704 at Elua is the perfect condo. It is upstairs so there is a
    fantastic view. The walk to the pool and beach is a straight shot,
    quick and easy. Snorkeling at the beach was super, we saw turtles,
    octopus and fish. The pool has a nice view of the ocean. We received a
    welcome basket that provided a nice start with coffee and snacks. The
    place was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well
    equipped. We only made breakfast and a few lunches but it has
    everything needed for cooking in. The ocean walk is an easy way to get
    to the hotels for meals. Breakfast and lunch next door at the Marriott
    was good. Wi-Fi worked great. This was a very good unit and I would
    happily stay there again. Wailea Vacation Rentals took very good care
    of us. We got an early check in. No problems to report during our
    stay.

    We rented Wailea Elua 704 for 12 Days over the Christmas and New Year
    holiday period. It is in an outstanding location - with quick access
    to the beach and the Wailea walking path. The unit was very spacious
    and well maintained ... perfect for our family of four but could
    accommodate a couple more on the sofa bed if needed. The unit and
    grounds were very well maintained. We especially loved spending
    mornings and evenings on the large balcony with views of the ocean (we
    even spotted a few whales). We would definitely recommend Wailea Elua
    and this unit. We are planning to return.

    We were very happy with our stay at the Elua Village. The complex was
    quiet with 24/7 security with lots of amenities such as two pools, hot
    tub, tennis court, gym and beach. The unit was clean and everything
    functioned well. We loved the fact we could walk to the beach,
    shopping center and excellent restaurants.

    Booking this unit was super fast and easy through Wailea Vacation
    Rentals. The unit was clean and appointed with all of the necessities
    to be a true home away from home. There was even a great welcome gift
    basket left for us with loads of great munchies. The unit is perfectly
    located within easy walking distance to the large community pool and
    the magnificent beach just beyond. We were also close to the Wailea
    Shops with all of their dining and shopping options. The Elua
    community is quiet, serene and well maintained by courteous staff.

    During the stay we reported an issue with one of the showers not
    dispensing hot water well. A technician was sent out to the unit the
    same day and he quickly fixed the problem. In short, our experience
    with the unit and the rental experience was 5 stars.

    We enjoyed the condo very much. Everything was clean and the layout
    was very welcoming. The only thing I would suggest is a new mattress
    in the master bedroom. My lower back ached after laying on it as the
    springs were felt through the mattress. I highly suggest a spring free
    latex mattress next time around. Thanks for sharing your condo with
    us.

    We've stayed at Elua many times, in various units. The only
    recommendations we have for this particular condo is that we would
    have appreciated a better outfitted kitchen in terms of a set of
    matching wine glasses (they were few and mis-matched), and a slightly
    fuller supply of toilet paper (we had to request 2 more rolls to get
    us through our 10 days), but otherwise the unit was comfortable and
    most enjoyable.
