Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea Resort which features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Located in the heart of Wailea, on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua is located on the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's famous Andaz Hotel, Wailea Marriott Hotel, the Shops at Wailea, and Wailea Ol' Blue Golf Course. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. Hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Wailea Elua features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with a kitchen and barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, and of course, a pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing.     We had a wonderful stay in Elua 502 with my daughter and her family.
    It was clean, spacious, well stocked, loved the lanai, perfect for all
    meals and little ones to play. Management company was very responsive
    to any issues and informed us AC was broken before stay which is only
    reason I didn't rate property a 5!

    and pool. Bob and staff are great and super accommodating quickly

    We love the Elua and have stayed in many condos there. #502 is in a
    great location, close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice
    lanai with an ocean view. They provide plenty of beach towels, boogie
    boards, chairs, umbrellas. Bathrooms are updated and beds are
    comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely rebook this
    unit if I need a 3 bedroom. When you compare this with booking 3 hotel
    rooms, it's a tremendous value.

    We had a wonderful stay in Wailea. Our condo was about 200 yards up
    the hill from the beach. It was an easy walk to the beach and to the
    shops of Wailea (shops, restaurants, grocery store). The condo was
    clean and well appointed. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a few
    meals vs eating out every meal. The balcony / patio had a nice view.
    We would definitely come back to this location.

    We stayed at Wailea Elua Village Unit 502 for my daughter's wedding
    and wonderful vacation afterwards. I was pleasantly surprised by how
    accurate the pictures and description were regarding the property. The
    picture of the beach is NOT a zoomed in picture, it accurately
    portrays how close to the beach you are - about 300 feet from your
    front lanai. Common areas, kitchen and bedrooms were all very accurate
    descriptions. Beach gear, towels, chairs, etc. were a pleasant add-on.
    The best amenity about this vacation property was its location -
    Wailea is the perfect location if you want a quiet beach spot, yet
    only 5 - 10 minutes from bustling Kehei. Excellent shopping within
    walking distance, and unlimited dining options within a 5 to 15 minute
    drive. The property was spotless when we arrived, and maid service
    mid-week was excellent. The property management provided impeccable
    service answering every question before we arrived and during our
    stay. We checked in on Christmas Day and Bob promptly returned my
    call, and continued providing excellent service throughout our stay.
    We had excellent dining experiences including Humahuma and Duo, both
    within two minutes drive, as well as Threes and Lava Rock in Kehei.
    Full size Safeway grocery store also within 10 minutes. Perfect
    Location!! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone
    wanting a quiet location but yet very close to Kehei - best of both
    worlds! Killer sunsets from front lanai!

    This was our second stay in this unit in the Elua complex. We have
    visited with our daughter and son in law and our 2 grandchildren aged
    5 and 8.
    We all had a wonderful time. This grounds are beautiful and
    meticulously maintained. The pools and bbq areas were perfect. The
    beachfront readily accessible and exceptional. Beach chairs and towels
    for everyone. The interior of the unit provides everything you want
    and need plus more! Comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. A
    stunning view from front lanai. Unmatchable sunsets and sunrises and a
    view of the water and palm trees. We cooked most of our meals in but
    there are many close dining options. A well equipped kitchen. What
    more can I say! We honeymooned in Hawaii 44 years ago and have visited
    many times since and been to all the Islands. This is the place we
    will keep going back to. Also Sunny and Bob as management team couldnt
    have been more helpful in the planning stages, checking in with us
    personally to make sure everything was okay. And thank you again for
    sending home my wedding ring and husbands sandals we forgot!

    How often does it happen that the rental is way nicer than the very
    photos?
    Not often. This place was the exception. Awesome!
    Location—ideal, just a quick walk to the beach and the
    restaurants/shops at Wailea. It isn’t the closest unit to the water
    but it’s not the furthest.
    Amenities—excellent, everything you could want is included.
    Quality—gorgeous kitchen remodel, nice appliances.
    The-not-exciting but critical stuff—appeared to be new and/or very
    high end (ie fans, sliding doors, climate control system, remote
    control blinds)
    Other—loved the large front and back patios, nice view, pretty
    private, easy parking, and the fact that there is a gate with a guard.
    The large pool is a little far from the unit, looked nice but we
    didn’t use it nor the fitness area. The small pool is really small.
    If I had to say one thing that could’ve been different, it’s that
    the main bed was very soft compared to your basic aims-to-please (or
    not offend) most guests bed that you’d find at a hotel. It’s not
    the most universally comfortable bed and my husband didn’t sleep
    super well whereas I thought it was fine. The second large bedroom had
    a firmer, comfier bed. No idea on the twin beds since we didn’t use
    that room.
    All in all, loved this place and it had a great vibe. My husband's met
    the property manager and said he checked in and was nice.

    any area. Kitchen fully equipped with all small appiliances needed,
    lovely dishes and table ware. We cooked most of our meals and my son
    in law foodies so appreciated the quality of miele appliances and even
    a wine fridge! The beach was fantastic and pool and grounds
    exceptional and impeccable. We have already arranged to come again
    next year. The property management team was great to work with.

    her 70th birthday with the family. This includes our three children,
    spouses and granddaughters. This condo was perfect for our family. We
    loved the pool, the beach and the walking path to the other hotels
    near by.

    The home was fantastic. The pictures do not do it justice. The layout
    has two rooms and a bathroom in the rear of the house,
    kitchen/dining/living rooms in the center, and the master suite beyond
    that. This layout was not entirely clear to me in the pictures but it
    worked out great.

    The home was only surpassed by the management team. The communication
    was seamless. When we needed assistance we had responses within
    minutes. A couple items which we needed for the home, were dropped off
    within hours. Truly an amazing team, thank you.

    Our stay included three generations, 6 people total. Never did we feel
    underfoot of me another. The home was well appointed and near to both
    pools and beach. The only knock, if you will, would be parking,
    although it was really never an issue to find a spot. Some of the
    spots can be small or not have a large amount of room to turn into.

    I would highly recommend the home and the management team.

    has a great view of the water. We were able to see whales spouting in
    the distance. Rental management was very professional and
    accommodating. To people new to Maui -- we would highly recommend
    trying Matteo's Osteria as a great alternative to the excellent resort
    dining. Also Coconuts --- their Mahi Mahi is excellent!!!
