Wailea Elua Village #2301 is a premier vacation condominium located in Elua Village which is directly on the sugar sand of Ulua beach in Wailea. This impressive vacation condominium is constantly in high demand with a King-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two single beds in the guest bedroom which can be converted into a 'king' sized bed upon request, and a Queen-sized sofa bed. The grounds at Wailea Elua Village feature 102 well-designed condominiums on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, postcard ocean views in a low-rise village community atmosphere. Situated in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua's Ulua Beach is one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course and the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for guests of Elua village. The Andaz Hotel Wailea, The Wailea Marriott, the Wailea Gateway Center, Wailea Town Center, Shops on the Green, and Shops at Wailea as well as all of Wailea's famous beaches, hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Wailea Elua features two large swimming pools, one of which is at the beachfront pavilion with barbecue facilities for entertaining. The second pool in the center of the property features, a whirlpool spa and the community also feature a paddle tennis/pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. Located on the mile-and-a-half beach walk which gently meanders along the Wailea Resort beach and oceanfront, Wailea Elua Village offers the privacy of gated access with 24-hr security and the convenience of Wailea's many shopping, dining and entertainment choices.

Beach chairs, beach towels and coolers are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops.

    We had a wonderful stay at Eula. The housekeeper we had was a jewel.
    Couldn’t have been happier there! My one suggestion is that the
    knives get sharpened. A knife sharpener would be helpful in the unit.

    We spent 10 days on the island and had a wonderful time! Our condo was
    lovely and very spacious for the five of us! We spent every morning on
    the lanai enjoying our coffee and in the evenings watching the sunset.
    The view was spectacular! Great location to the shops and restaurants
    as well as a great running path along the beach that I was able to run
    most mornings!

    This place was exactly how it was described and more. Perfect
    accommodations for our family of 4 with lots of space. The condo also
    had a storage closet with beach chairs, masks and snorkels which we
    weren’t expecting. Was nice not having to purchase those extras
    while in the trip. The staff at the gate were extremely friendly and
    we’d most definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

    Location and state of the unit was excellent. We rented two units for
    a family gathering. They were side by side and it worked out great.
    The amenities were great and the Lanai has some great furniture for
    meals and enjoying the view. There were also sand toys for the
    grandchildren.

    We did realize half way through our 2 week holiday that this unit did
    not come with any housekeeping whereas the other included 3 services.
    Not a deal breaker but a nice touch with the other unit.

    spread out and have our own space for the 2nd half of the trip. Great
    outdoor lanai for sunsets and view of the ocean. We enjoyed the
    private area (accessible by gate code for elua guests)just across the
    Wailea walking path on the ocean to lounge at night and look at the
    stars while listening to crashing waves! Unit was well equipped for
    fun with boogie boards, large beach towels and beach chairs for 4.

    the TV. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was sparkling clean. And

    exceptions.....lousy BBQ and a flight floors throughout house. Our
    feet turned black on day 1 and we couldn’t figure it out. That is

    This is a fantastic place to stay for families, especially those with
    small kids. The condo has everything you need (beach chairs, wagon to
    carry stuff, a tot float, pack n play, footballs, sand toys, etc).
    Just show up and have a good time. We've stayed in another unit at
    Wailea Elua (next door), and we prefer this one to the other. The
    condo is in great shape and has everything. The management company
    even provided us with a well stocked welcome basket. Can't go wrong
    staying here!

    This is a beautiful, updated, and very well maintained property at
    Elua Village. This is one of our favorite properties that we have
    stayed at and we loved it. The view of the ocean from the living room
    and lanai is outstanding and we enjoyed breakfast each morning out on
    the lanai while soaking in the view. The kitchen is well stocked, the
    beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have plenty of towels, and the
    unit has a full size washer and dryer which was great to have. The
    beach chairs were also in good condition. Lastly, the welcome basket
    was much appreciated and Sunny was very responsive and easy to work
    with. Mahalo!!

    This unit is very nice and much to our liking. The unit was very clean
    and well stocked with kitchen pots, pans, coffee (keurig & drip),
    silverware, and cookware. Beds are comfortable - not too soft or too
    hard. Bathrooms are well appointed and clean. The view is very nice
    and exactly as shown in the VRBO listing. 3 minute walk to the beach.
    Not the best snorkeling beach, but protected and good for swimming and
    families. The gym is small but does the job. The development is gated
    which provides a feel of security. Anyone not used to roosters may be
    annoyed by they all-night crower next to this unit, but you will find
    roosters everywhere you go in Maui. Management was very responsive and
    great to work with. A+ for the property manager. Overall, we would
    definitely rent this unit again.

    Ulua beach is perfect. Excellent snorkeling, soft sand, calm waves.
    Unit 2301 has a shaded lanai until about 4pm, most units we could see
    did not have afternoon shade. Walk to the beach is easy. Beach chairs
    and wagon very appreciated. Unit is as described, lots of space. 3
    steps in, otherwise fully accessible. Management company very
    accommodating and responsive (had to call on Easter Sunday and call
    was answered immediately). On site security very friendly.
