The condo was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The
lanai and views and community grounds were lush and beautiful to look
at .
One comment- we were in the ground level and could hear everything the
upstairs tenants said, what they watched on TV and when the kids would
come down the stairs. Not a big deal but something to consider with
stacked condos.
The property managers left us a beautiful welcome basket and the
location of Wailea Elua was perfect for walking to the shops, beach
and golf courses. We enjoyed our stay and recommend Elua 2011.

This condo was an absolute dream! We got married mid-week while we
were here and decided to spend a little extra on a nicer place and it
was well worth the price! The view is incredible. They have everything

Every morning we went straight to the chairs on the patio that face
the ocean to enjoy our coffee and listen to the birds. Then we would
rush back after dinner to watch the sunset and enjoy a glass of wine.
You do not appreciate the difference between staying at a hotel and a
place like this until you have stayed here, the sounds, smells and
perfectly manicured lawns.
The inside is beautiful, bedwas very comfortable. Everything you could
need for the beach or pool. Place was quiet and private, thw pool
would fill with kids in mornings till lunch, then we would have the
place to ourselves until @3 everyday.
Stores and shops are close by, security is great and very helpful,
plenty of free parking and the walking path along beach takes you to
Kihei or to the big resorts.
I would return to this place in a heartbeat!

This was simply a dream vacation. The condo was close to everything.
We strolled to dinner at the Wailea shops. We walked along the beach
and the beach path. We dined on the lanai every night watching the
sunset. It was perfect. The condo is on the first floor. The complex
on a whole is top notch. The gardens and grounds are simply fantastic.
The condo is decorated beautifully with an easy and very sophisticated
vibe. The beach is a 2 minute walk down a path. Super lovely. Very
quiet complex, gated community with a guard at the front gate. We
can't say enough good things about this place. The king bed was
luxurious. The kitchen had everything you need. Really... Hawaii at
its best.

What a lovely well appointed condo in Wailea. There is a beautiful
view across the well tended gardens to the ocean from the lanai. We
listened to bird song every morning and watched the sunset with drinks
while grilling on our personal gas grill in the evenings. This condo
has everything you need to cook-in or order-in food/drinks. The bed
was plush and comfortable. The complex itself (Wailea Elua) is well
maintained and quiet. Sunny was quick to respond to any communications
and so very pleasant to work with. We can not wait to return.

The condo is beautiful and has a fantastic patio with very comfortable
furniture to view those Hawaiian sunsets. This condo was very well
appointed with everything that you may need or forgotten to bring.
There were boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs and so much more!
The kitchen was extremely well appointed too with plenty of cookware,
glasses (including lots of wine glasses!), dish towels, dish soap
etc.. The grounds of Elua are like a botanical garden. The management
company was also outstanding with good communication, easy condo
access which was appreciated after a long flight. They even left some
welcome goodies and souvenirs which were an extra nice touch and will
be remembered. The location was perfect too with it's location on the
Wailea Beach walkway and a very short walk to the Shops at Wailea. We
would definitely stay here again.

Unit 2011 is great for a couple and has everything one needs for a
relaxing vacation. The kitchen is relatively recently remodeled and
well equipped, the bathrooms are nice and the bed is comfortable. It
is a little walk to the pool and beach but the trade-off is the view

This was our fourth stay at Wailea Elua 2011, and we kept commenting
that it was the best one yet. The hosts and management company took
great care of everything, and the unit felt like home. The photos are
accurate, and the property was clean and well-maintained. The manager
provided a nice gift basket with snacks, which we appreciated after
getting in fairly late in the evening. All of the amenities are great
- grill, well-furnished lanai, two pool areas, beachside cabanas,
access to Ulua beach and nearby shops/restaurants. We will definitely
stay here again.

kitchen supplies that made cooking easy. The washer/dryer were broken,
but the manager contacted us ahead of time so it was a minor

loved the access to the beach walking path, the beach, pool and
spectaular view. It did not disappoint agan this year! The grounds are
immaculate and while we saw and met lots of others while walking, it
was very quiet and calm which suited our needs for this vacation.

property was consistent with the pictures on the web site. It was
clean, comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for our

in the common area. The people who booked us did a great job and the

Elua 2011 will forever have a special place in our hearts. This was
our second time staying in this condo and it was just as good as the
first time. The location is perfect! You are within walking distance
of the best beach and so many shops. The property has the best view
and the massive sliding doors don't block any of it. We found it very
hard to want to leave the condo because of how pretty it was. It's
hard to recommend this place because I want to keep it all to myself
but we have been to Maui several times and nothing beats this condo.
You have to stay here to experience it for yourself. We will be back!

The property is in the perfect location if you like to ocean swim,
snorkel, or walk along the promenade. The unit itself is perfect for
the 2 of us with close proximity to the shared outdoor grill and hot

Beautiful condo in a great location with a nice view. It was very
comfortable and very clean. I was hoping for a Keurig machine. Not
only was there a Keurig but regular coffee pot, tea pot and anything
else you might want. There was also a very nice welcome basket with
Hawaiian coffee, pancake mix, chocolates, chips, etc. I would
definitely stay here again. There is also a washer and dryer.
