Wailea Elua Village is a premier vacation property located directly on Ulua beach in Wailea and features 152 condos on 24 acres of lush tropical landscapes, luxury accommodations and breath-taking ocean views in a low-rise village atmosphere. Right in the heart of Wailea on Maui's sunny south shore, Wailea Elua meets the sugary white sand of Ulua Beach, one of Wailea's premier snorkeling and dive beaches, and is adjacent to Wailea's award winning Blue Golf Course just west of the Shops at Wailea. Special rates are available at Wailea's golf and tennis facilities for Elua guests. Hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance.

Ideal for families, couples and friendly get-togethers, the beautifully appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums offer spectacular ocean or garden views and luxury amenities. Each vacation condominium has a private lanai, is tastefully furnished, and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a washer/dryer, cable TV and air conditioning.

Wailea Elua features two large swimming pools, one overlooking the beach with barbecue facilities for entertaining, a whirlpool spa, paddle tennis/pickleball court. Picturesque Ulua Beach is just steps away and is ideal for family fun, snorkeling, swimming, sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing. Situated on the mile-and-a-half beach walk which gently meanders along the Wailea Resort area beach and oceanfront, Wailea Elua Village offers the security of a gated access and the convenience of Wailea's many shopping, dining and entertainment choices.     Always enjoy staying at Elua as we've been there nearly every year
    since 1980. Other locations, other islands can't match Wailea Elua.

    This property was immaculate and had everything we could want. The
    young adults enjoyed making protein drinks in the blender, the lanai
    was lovely and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of space.
    The location was ideal for a short walk to the pool, beach, boardwalk
    and nearby hotels and markets and shops. Everything was clean and up
    to date. We felt secure in a gated property with 24 hour security. A
    beautiful welcome basket awaited us with local fruits and other
    delicacies when we arrived which was a lovely touch. We would
    recommend this property to a friend or relative and would love to go
    back ourselves. Because the property is so beautiful we often picked
    up food at the nearby International Gourmet Market and brought it back
    to eat, or Manoli’s and could also walk to Tommy Bahamas Resaurant.
    A short drive took us to the Makenna area and we also hiked the IAO
    rainforest one day - about a 30 minute drive. Some of us enjoyed the
    Maui ocean Centre as well. Another favourite place was the 10 minute
    drive into Kihei for breakfast. The beach at this resort was good for
    swimming and snorkeling.

    Bob and Sunny at Wailea Vacation Rentals are fantastic. They are
    responsive and always so pleasant to deal with. Elua 2001 is an
    elegantly appointed spacious two bedroom unit with all of the
    amenities to truly be a home away from home. The view from the lenai
    is under-rated as this unit should be considered an ocean view unit.
    The unit was very clean with fully equipped, recently remodeled
    kitchen, beautiful decorative art throughout, spacious bedrooms, loads
    of closet space and full size washer and dryer. Minutes from the beach
    and minutes from the Shops at Wailea in the beautiful grounds and
    facilities of Wailea Elua. It is perfection in paradise.

    The property is very nice and convenient to the Marriott which is just
    next door if you are attending a conference there. Very easy walk
    over. There was some road noise due to the proximity of the unit to
    the road but was not an issue for us. Ground floor unit was convenient
    for the kids to come in and out of the unit. There is only one hot tub
    which is next to the "cold"pool which was too cold for the kids. They
    preferred the pool closer to the beach. Would stay in the unit in Elua
    again.

    The condo was very nicely decorated & clean. It had everything we
    needed from beach chair, umbrella, cooler to coffee pot, corkscrew,
    pots & pans. The Lanai was very spacious and set up nicely, it was
    great having our own gas grill right there. The view was better than
    you can tell from the pictures!! The 2 pools on the property were
    really nice and the beach access right there was awesome! The gym is
    nice but very small. The property is all very well taken care of and
    beautiful.

    We had a wonderful time. The condo was great. Just a few items could
    have improved the stay. The barbecue was out of propane (but we used a
    community one instead). The music system batteries in the remote were
    dead. Two of the saucepans did not have lids. It would have been nice
    to have casserole dishes to use in the microwave, a medium & large.
    One casserole dish lid was found but no actual casserole dish. These
    are details but would be improvements. Thank you.

    Wonderful property- the whole area and pools and location were
    great.The owners were very responsive and helpful. They left a lovely
    welcome basket full of fun Hawaii treats for us and the kids.
    Beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms- however the beds desperately
    need to be updated- all of them. Also a bit of a mildew smell when you
    first walk into the place. Overall, we had a great trip.

    very nice. Lanai was especially nice to have and enjoy sunset views

    We’ve stayed in a couple different places in Elua Village over the
    years and 2001 had a beautiful view! The management company provided a
    lovely gift basket at check in and called right back when I had a
    question. Elua Village is great and the security team is always super
    helpful. They provided my dad with a handicap spot right up front so
    he didn’t have to walk far which was awesome. We love the pools,
    grounds and walks around the property. The apartment itself needed
    some updating. The doors were chipping, the carpet was in need of an
    update, the older outlets wouldn’t hold a plug and the glass dinning
    room table was very unstable (almost tipped a couple times). The patio
    also gets dirty so we would recommend having shoes on out there. Some
    additional dishes and utensils in the kitchen would be nice as well.
    It’s also unfortunate when you pay so much and stay over a week that
    only two extra rolls of toilet paper, and 1 roll of paper towels are
    provided. Other management companies we have used provide this.
    Overall, we were still in paradise and the apartment provided a
    wonderful stay.

    We stayed at Elua 2001 for 10 days, 2nd row in from the street but you
    don’t hear any traffic, 5-7 minutes walk to the pool/beach,
    apartment is well equipped, both in the kitchen and in beach
    essentials.

    This was a great unit for our family of 4. We loved having the space
    to spread out vs. a small hotel room. Having laundry was a huge plus.
    The location is perfect! Beautiful view from the lanai and a short
    walk down to the beach or to either of the two pools. Yes, the walk
    back is uphill but you're in Maui - it's all good. The general
    location was convenient for getting around the island.
    Kitchens and baths are updated nicely and the carpet appeared to be
    brand new. My only complaint is that the king sized bed in the primary
    bedroom could use a new mattress.
    We were greeted warmly by the gate security and there was a nice
    welcome basket of treats in the unit waiting for us. Sunny was a dream
    to work with after rescheduling a 2020 trip. Can't wait to come back
    to Maui!

    We had a nice stay in Elua. The grounds and beach at Elua cannot be
    beat. While the condo had the basics, there were some things that were
    rough around the edges. The kitchen was not well stocked, with few
    plates and glasses, poor knives, and while the kitchen has been
    remodeled, there was missing paint on the internal doors and the grill
    starter didn’t work. Overall a pleasant condo but nothing fancy.
    Four out of five stars.

    got locked out. Security came
    & “wiggles it open). Also patio furniture needs replacement.

    The hard upgardes were done ktches and bathrooms were very nice.
    The kitchen could use some stools at the counter to engage with
    someone while cooking. The closet doors in the guest room need a good
    scrubbing.
    Doors nned to be painted. Carpet was worn out. It would be nice to
    have paint cans and such boxed and put away rather than stored in the
    master closet in the open. The grill self start does not work.
    The condo development shutting down the foot sprinklers to protect
    against coronvirus was ridiculous. The condo has some nice upgrades
    but needs some minor touch ups.

    gated community for the past 4 years during our kids’ spring break.
    This was our first time in this unit. The unit was great. It was clean
    and recently renovated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. View of the
    water was great and location within the community was fantastic
    providing convenient access to the main road to easily walk to shops
    at Waile and our favorite island market.

    Great time. Great location for us, near the convention centre within
    an easy 10 minute walk. Quiet away from the beach but again within an
    easy 5 minute walk. The 2 bedroom unit met all of our needs and having
    the washer and dryer allowed us to limit the amount of clothes that we
    needed to bring. Had all of the conveniences of home. Many of the
    prior users had left handy utensils behind that we were able to use.
    Overall a most enjoyable time.
