Unit 150 at Grand Champions was fantastic. The furnishings and beds
were comfortable and very clean. The upstairs location came with
beautiful views from the lanai and a great place to enjoy breakfast
and coffee. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough basic spices
and cooking supplies to do everything we wanted to. Lots of walking to
close by dining and shopping. I would highly recommend this unit and
the Wailea area for great times.

This property was absolutely fantastic, our family enjoyed staying
here for 8 days. The only negative is we had to leave Maui and go back
to reality when vacay ended. It fit our family very nicely and we were
very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home in a very
beautiful area of Maui, the Wailea side is my favorite side and not
super touristy as in Kaanapali. This residence is extremely well kept,
updated, classy, elegant and tasteful in decor, finishings and
touches. From the brand of complimentary bathroom products (L'OCCITANE
are awesome!). To the nicely stocked and organized kitchen with key
essentials - simple and neat. Clean and comfy are musts for my family
and we are glad we picked this property, as it did just that. We
definitely took advantage of the washer and dryer and loved to be able
to make breakfast, coffee and then head out for a day of adventure.
Air conditioner was a must and it worked like a charm. We are very
thankful for the opportunity to stay at this property and would indeed
love to return sooner than later. Love Maui so much! Thanks!!!

We stayed at the Maui Grand Champions Condo Unit #150. It is on the
top level (2nd floor) facing the beautiful golf course, with
2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms. One bedroom with king size bed and the other
room has 2 twin size beds. The kitchen was fully equipped just like
your own home, the unit was tastefully and beautifully decorated.
Everything looks new. Washer and dryer are in the locked cabinet in
the balcony. We love the balcony which facing a very serene golf
course and an ocean view just over the trees. Waking up to sit on the
balcony sipping our coffee and tea while having our breakfast just
made our day! We love everything about the unit, all towels and beach
towels were stocked. The furnishings in the condo are all first rate,
even a large flat screen TV with a DVR to record shows to watch later.
A big fridge which can accommodate a big family and the stove and dish
washer look almost brand new. Everything was clean and nicely
organized in the kitchen. Wailea location is manicured with green and
beautiful trees and with many beautiful beaches nearby. It was so easy
for us to drive 5 minutes to the Wailea beach to swim in the sunset,
it is where the Four Season and the Grand Wailea hotels situated, but
the beach is for public access and there is public beach parking. We
can also easily drive 10 minutes to another beach called Maluaka
Beach. Both are sandy beaches and not crowded at all. Kihei is only
less than 10 minutes away with many beaches and restaurants as well.
Also close by are the The Shops at Wailea with the Island Gourmet
Market which we visited several times to pick up grocery. This was one
of our best vacation and we will definitely come back to stay at this
condo.

We had such a great time at Maui, and the property was well maintained
and in a perfect location and a very reasonable price. We were
attending a conference at Marriott Beach Resort and it was within
walking distance at a fraction of the cost if I were to have stayed at

with kids.

We loved everything about this condo. Was clean , remodeled , had all
the amenities that our family of 5 required. Had beautiful views and
overall was very quiet . Robert was very helpful, just make sure to
get their key code before you arrive. Also, for those who like to
sleep in, beware that the condo is located on the golf course and you
will hear early morning mowers going up and down the course. We have
stayed at the golf courses before, so wasn’t a problem for us.

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautifully remodeled 2 bedrm 2 bath condo.
It sits on the second floor overlooking the 1st green on the Wailea
Blue Golf Course. The furniture is first class. The kitchen is well
stocked with utensils, paper towels, etc.
Location is perfect to restaurants in Wailea and Kihei. The Wailea
Tennis Club is a block away. Bob McDaniel, rental manager, was
particularly helpful and flexible in making our stay comfortable. Our
2 favorite restaurants are only 3 minutes away, Morimoto’s and
Monkey Pod. We will be back!

Lovely updated condo with high quality furnishings. There were no
complaints. Walk to the tennis courts, mall, beach. Loved the mini
split heat pumps. Would absolutely rent this apartment again. Washer
and dryer in unit. Make sure the sliders latch is engaged to open or
close or you could find your self being locked out on the lanai like
we did. They were able to send someone within half an hour to come to
our rescue. Only negative in my mind was that it was carpeted in the
dining area. Cleanups were harder to do with a 2 year old.

clean with the amenities needed for the week long stay. Great view,
great sunsets, walking distance to the beach and shopping. This is the
first time we have rented through a rental management company. They
were helpful, respectful, very responsive as well as the cleaning
service. I would trust them with securing another rental when we are
ready. But how can you go wrong with Maui?!! Go and enjoy!!

This location was great for traveling with a family or coordinating
with multiple families staying in different apartments in the same
complex. We ta centrally located near great beaches, a shopping
center, and Kihei. A wonderful place for our vacation in Maui. Place
was very clean and w on LE work well for adults or families with older
kids. Our younger kids had a hard time with high bathroom counters.
The kitchen was well stocked and we made use of the beach chairs and
umbrellas every day. We were very happy staying here.

daughters, 22 and 28. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated.
The kitchen had everything you could imagine and was super clean. The
bathrooms were immaculate, even nicer than on the picture. We enjoyed
sitting on the Berry private and quiet Lanai for breakfast and sunset.
The sunset views are stunning. We also loved all the vent windows
under the main windows which made the AC unnecessary. The beach
chairs, umbrellas etc looked like brand new. We also really
appreciated the welcome basket and all the high quality toiletries In
the bathrooms. Communication and check in were very easy. We would
definitely stay in Grand Champions 150 again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at Wailea Grand Champion #150! It was
nice and comfortably cool when we arrived and very clean. We all
appreciated the gift basket and it immediately made the whole family
feel welcome and really added to the feeling that this was about to be
a very special family vacation! The condo is decorated nicely
throughout with everything we needed provided from toiletries, linens,
beach towels, baking and cooking items. It really made all the
difference having things like laundry soap, dishwashing detergent,
trash bags, toilet paper and not having to spend time and money
getting those things. Made it feel like the conveniences of a hotel.
We enjoyed the gorgeous views from the living room and master windows.
We all got great rest on the comfortable mattresses and bedding. When
we had some difficulty cooling the unit well on the second day, that
after hours contact quickly got us taken care of and cooling well
again and was very friendly and helpful! We would stay here again in a
heartbeat! Perfect neighborhood/location as well!

anything better!!! The location was ideal, it was a new property with
complete amenities, surprisingly including a rice cooker! Working with
Bob, the property manager from Wailea Rentals was a breeze. The only

We had such a great time at this unit at the Grand Champions. The
lanai overlooks the golf course, but you can also see the ocean and
watch sunsets. The grounds are beautiful with two great pools. The
location is perfect!! An easy drive to all the beautiful beaches in
Wailea and Kihei and walking distance to the shops and several
restaurants. The set up in the condo was perfect for our family (two
teens). It was well-stocked and we got a huge gift basket with all
kinds of yummy Maui treats. The property managers also put up a
Christmas tree for us, which was very sweet and greatly appreciated as
we were there on Christmas day. They were excellent to deal with and
were very prompt with communication. Would definitely stay here again!
