Maui Rainbow Villa is one of Maui’s premier private vacation rentals. Perched above Kaanapali on five acres of land, this property is ultra-private and boasts stunning, panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the outer island of Lana'i.

Situated in the exclusive and private Kaanapali Coffee Farms, you can experience a unique community in Hawaii where agricultural traditions and refined tropical living come together. With coffee trees planted on the hillside around the home, the landscape is wonderfully green. When in bloom, the smell of the coffee trees perfume the air with their delicate scent.   

This estate provides three spacious bedrooms, each with King beds and en-suite baths. The master bedroom boasts its own private lanai, whirlpool tub and walk-in shower, as well as a wet bar. In addition, there is a fourth bedroom/media room that offers a queen sleeper sofa that can be closed off with a sliding door to allow for additional guests.  

There is a gourmet kitchen, which is perfect for socializing while preparing meals, and a flowing dining and living room area. 

With approximately 3,600 square feet of indoor living space and 2,400 square feet of outdoor lanai space, there is plenty of room for relaxation. You can relax the day away in the infinity pool and Jacuzzi spa, and enjoy breathtaking views of the slopes of coffee trees, enchanting Hawaiian sunsets and the sparkling blue Pacific Ocean.

    Highly Recommend. The views are absolutely gorgeous, and the patio pool layout was perfect. We never wanted to leave the house. It had everything!!! We LOVED the sunsets and all the rainbows. It was well stocked with kitchen/grilling/pool floats/beach items. It was very spacious and allows each person to have their privacy to sleep without hearing what others are doing in the house. Our host was quick to respond and incredibly attentive to all our questions. I appreciate how he made sure we were well taken care of. General Travel Tip: Remember that Maui can get very windy; I was surprised at how strong the winds can get. Especially in the afternoon.

    We love this property. This was our second year staying here and I'm sure we will be back again. The pool is perfect for everyone, the kids especially love it when the adults need a little afternoon break. The privacy is excellent, we just love it compared to a Resort, condo or a house in a busy part of town. This is in a gated community but you are a 4 minute drive from parking lots to access some of the best beaches on Maui.

    We stayed at the beautiful Rainbow Hale Estate in June with our family. We returned for two weeks the end of January, with a few other couples. The trip again was outstanding. The weather cooperated beautifully. We saw gorgeous rainbows, and from the lanai would sit and watch the whales, jumping! The fully equipped kitchen allowed for each couple to take an evening fixing dinner. The location is absolutely perfect – up the hill from Kannapoli Beach. An amazing 2week getaway!

    Our family of 8 stayed in the home in July 2023. The home was spacious and comfortable. The location was private and easy to get to many attractions. The home was well stocked. They provided games, paper towels, towels, hand soap, dish soap. We also really appreciated the beach towels, coolers, and chairs. I would have like to have some more general cleaning supplies in the home for use as well.

    The home is beautiful and so is the scenery all around the property. I would recommend a very deep clean though. It was generally clean overall, but a lot of the dishes were dirty and there were some cobwebs. The one shower has some pink mold on the stone and the shower head had little water pressure. The appliances could use a good scrubbing. Again, it was acceptable, just time for some routine deep cleaning expected with a rental home.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home and made very special memories. The children loved the pool. It did not need to be heated during our stay in July. We enjoyed a massage on the Lanai. The outdoor kitchen and grill was clean and worked great. Almost daily we witnessed rainbows and beautiful sunsets. We feel so lucky and blessed to have been give. The opportunity to stay in the home. We will remember our stay for all our lives.

    Our family of four adults enjoyed our fifth year at Rainbow Hale. The location is private, well located and has outstanding views. The bedrooms have great king size beds. The kitchen and outdoor dining and grill area are excellent. The internet access is great and made working from Maui possible for an extended working vacation. The pool and hot tub are lovely and feature beautiful rainbows, sunsets and continuous ocean and whale viewing. On-site support is flawless. We will return soon.

    This was a really lovely, beautifully furnished, well maintained and comfortable home. It was in a very quiet area (if that is what you are looking for - we were). The location was perfect - easy access to Lahaina and Kapalua for dining and golf. The view couldn't be beat - gorgeous sunsets and wine every night. The only con was the expense to heat the pool, which, even though we were there for the month of July, was chilly. We would definitely return, but would be sure to budget in the cost of propane for the pool heater, particularly if we were visiting in a winter month.

    Kudos to the Tina, the fabulous property manager. Probably one of the best we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

    From my initial contact with Exotic Estates, it was apparent to me that they were different from their competitors. There are 6 of us in or family (my wife, my self, two adult children and their significant others). This was our first time renting a house for a family vacation. I contacted 3 or 4 companies that provided this service and Shannon from Exotic Estates was the first to respond to my inquiry. It took between 1 and 2 weeks for the others to respond. I was deciding between Exotic Estates and one other company and in the end I decided on Exotic Estates because Shannon was so responsive and provided me with more alternative locations than the other company.

    Shannon worked with me through the contracting process and as our vacation got closer, she introduced me to Sarah our Concierge. Sarah was so helpful. She made recommendations and booked multiple restaurant reservations. Prior to each reservation she checked to confirm with the restaurant then texted or called us with a reminder. Throughout our vacation she was available to us. She recommended everything from where to rent snorkeling equipment to where to buy fish and meat for our family BBQs. Throughout our vacation she was always in the background and available to answer questions, make suggestions or arrange for reservations.

    Finally, the home we rented was one of the most spectacular places we have ever stayed. In short, the pictures did not do it justice. Every room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The views from each of the bedrooms was amazing and at night the sky was filled with stars.

    Our family has done several family vacations and I have to say that thanks to Exotic Estates, this was one of the best.
